Jessica    Jessica's interest in teaching lies in helping people understand how their bodies work so they can live in them more comfortably. With over 17 years experience teaching the Pilates, GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® methods, she will challenge you to find deep internal connections.

Janet      Janet is calm, kind and supportive. Her classes are gentle and mindful, with slow progression to nourish your mind, body and soul. Her aim is to share her love for yoga and meditation with her students in a simple and concise way.

Jools    Yoga has been a part of my life for over 30 years, and my practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and courageous, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully. My classes are planned creatively to develop your yoga practice at your own pace.

Alison    Alison has over a decade of experience in teaching Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow and prenatal yoga as well as being a certified Massage Therapist. Alison is known for her creative flows and bringing a sense of humour to the mat to encourage her students to be easy on themselves.

Janaka    Janaka has over 20 years' teaching experience and has developed his own brand of dynamic yoga while his grounding as a swimming coach and PE instructor combined with early years of absorbing village wisdom has provided a unique balance for a teacher.
