The studio runs daily classes morning and evenings, where all levels are welcome. But if you’re a total beginner then we offer basic classes and courses to help you find the confidence you need. Orbit yoga is a fully equipped boutique studio in which a calm and welcoming space has been created for a community to flourish. You will feel supported and nurtured and find space to relax, unwind and enjoy the benefits of yoga.

Janet Treble   Janet is calm, kind and supportive. Her classes are gentle and mindful, with slow progression to nourish your mind, body and soul. Her aim is to share her love for yoga with her students in a simple and concise way.

Serena Saint  Physical movement has always been at the heart of Serena’s interests and, over time, yoga became the vehicle for her inward exploration. Serena is extremely committed to providing a nurturing and safe environment for students to support inward focus and exploration of the body, mind and spirit. Her classes aim to stretch and lengthen the entire body in a lighthearted and playful approach.

Alison Slater   Alison has over a decade of experience in teaching Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow and prenatal yoga as well as being a certified Massage Therapist. Alison is known for her creative flows and bringing a sense of humour to the mat to encourage her students to be easy on themselves and allow their yoga practice to unfold in its own time. Catch Alison on a Monday and Wednesday evening.
