Faye comes from a dance and fitness background and was inspired to share holistic practices because of her mum and own life struggles that we can all relate to.  Faye believes in no judgement and helping people find their wellness.

Rebecca

From an early age I discovered that moving your body makes you feel good! Coming from a dancing background I have now been practicing Yoga for about 10 years and in 2019 I decided I needed to spread the love for this on a larger scale, so became a teacher!

Jason

Hi, Jason here. I've been practicing yoga for over 6 years now. I first started too lose weight and loosen my tight back.  However on my first class I was introduced to inversions, I was hooked!!!! From there Ive mainly practiced Ashtanga.

Jacqueline Jones

Hi I’m Jacqueline and I’m a yoga teacher and qualified nutrition therapist. I first fell in love with yoga in my twenties and now hurtling towards 60 I feel fitter and healthier than ever. Yoga has sustained me through life’s challenges and helps me cope with everyday frustrations and helps me bring empathy and compassion into my teaching. I love teaching yoga and helping people find the joy that it brings. See you on the mat soon!

Lucy

I started my yoga journey in 2002 in Ashtanga yoga when I lived in Perth West Australia. It was then I realised the benefits of yoga and I fell in love with the feeling it gave me. It wasn’t until 2013 that I completed a Creative Vinyasa Flow course with Janet Stone in California, that I was then inspired to teach.

Louise

Teaching Yoga is a true journey, from the first time you sit on your mat and discover you are suddenly looked to for guidance, to the ever evolving growth and development of your students practise and your own. Teaching yoga is an honour, one I treasure deeply.

Teaching Barre is my backbone, the method is an amazing workout.  Not only that, it is immensely fun.

Why Orbit Yoga

I have a history myself of eating issues and depression/ anxiety and with a good healthy lifestyle and journey with yoga and movement, meditation time in nature and great support network I found a great path back to myself in wellness.

I acquired Orbit Yoga Studio after teaching there for a year, I love its ethos of being part of a community, a family of souls, I love the analogy … we orbit the universe of yogis in the community …working with schools and other studios and individuals who want to find their yoga and wellness journey.

Orbit has an amazing team of like minded teachers who all have different skills and abilities they bring to guide you on you journey whether it be online, or in studio. With no judgement no obligation we hope you find that connection back to you.

Love, light and gratitude
