Ashtanga

Ashtanga yoga is a sequence of advanced yoga postures, performed in a specific order, that emphasize the flow and breath between movements. Ashtanga yoga consists of six levels of seated poses and standing poses—or asanas—that increase in difficulty and do not vary: a primary series, a secondary series, and four additional advanced levels. Each practice begins with Sun Salutations A and B. And finishes with postures from the finishing sequence. A heated practice but can be modified.

Yoga Flow

 Flow yoga is the general term given to any style of yoga asana in which the practitioner moves dynamically from one posture immediately into another, following the breath. This continuous flow of movement and breath generates a meditative state, encouraging practitioners to let go of thought and focus on experience of the present moment. Flow and Vinyasa can be heated and more gentle dependent on the session. Generally it will create heat un less specified.

Vinyassa

 Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath.

Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga, it is sometimes confused with “ power yoga “
